D.C. Aiken, a 42 year resident of the Metro Atlanta Area, graduated from the College of William and Mary with a BA in Economics. With more than 28 years of experience in the mortgage business, he has a solid understanding of the local real estate market and knows how to find the best mortgage financing solution to fit your specific needs. D.C. has earned a position of high esteem for his outstanding sales performance. He has been the recipient of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia's Diamond and Platinum Awards and named in the Nation's Top 50 Mortgage Originators by Mortgage Originator magazine. Having personally closed in excess of $1 Billion in loan transactions for customers throughout the southeastern United States, his knowledge and expertise makes the mortgage process smooth and hassle-free. A few years ago, he joined four longtime business partners and top producers in the industry to build the “dream team” of the Atlanta mortgage industry. With over 110 years of combined experience in mortgage lending and over 30 years in financial services, his team is unrivaled in their ability to provide customers with the most comprehensive mortgage solutions. DC is active in his community, Vice Mayor for the City of Alpharetta, and is the pitching coach for Lambert High School in Forsyth County.
